Texas mother faces new charges for giving illegal butt injections alongside daughter as victim reveals grim injuries caused by shots

A Texas mother arrested for allegedly running a cross-country illegal butt Botox operation is facing new charges - as her victims share images of their horrific injuries.

Consuelo Dal Bo, 57, and her daughter Isabella Dal Bo, 18, were busted by Houston police in April during a sting operation.

The surgically-enhanced blonde woman appeared in a Montgomery County court on Friday after turning herself in for additional charges stemming from incidents in 2021 and 2022 at her home, reported KTRK.

She wore a pink jail jumpsuit and was in hand cuffs as she was charged with two counts of practicing medicine without a license causing physical harm.

Since the arrest of the mother-daughter duo their former clients have been speaking out sharing the horror stories of their experiences.

One victim shared a photo of her backside swollen and covered in bandages following her procedure with Consuelo

One woman told the local news outlet she went to Consuelo's Conroe, Texas house in 2022 for butt enhancements.

The woman said she paid $8,000 for Consuelo to inject liquid from big brown bottles into her body on three separate occasions.

'The side of my butt would get really, really red and sore to touch. I'm pretty sure it was infected,' she said.

'Right now it feels like marbles all over my butt. I regret going to her, yes.'

Montgomery County Jail records show Consuelo was released on $100,000 bond on Friday - $50,000 for each additional charge.

In April, an undercover officer posed as a client to meet the two women at a temporary residence on Eastern Meadowlark Way in Conroe.

The mother and daughter had reportedly come straight from the airport after conducting business in California.

Police said the women tried to give the undercover cop Xanax to relax before the injections.

Authorities collected bottles of illegal injectables and medical equipment from their bags at the scene.

The women allegedly told police they were 'not even sure what was in the bottles.'

Both are charged with unlawfully practicing medicine and the mother will face an additional drug charge.

According to public records, Consuelo is a licensed cosmetologist in Texas and the family home is listed as a $650,330 residence in Conroe. 

The FDA has issued several warnings against injectable silicone for body contouring and said they can lead to long-term pain, infections and serious injuries including death.
