MrBeast has unleashed Alec Baldwin's $2,000-per-hour super lawyer on a former employee who branded the YouTuber a 'fraud' and a 'sociopath' in online videos, DailyMail.com can reveal.

The ex-staffer used an alias to accuse MrBeast, 26 – whose real name Jimmy Donaldson - of rigging his massive cash giveaways and knowingly hiring a sex offender.

YouTube's biggest star has not commented on the claims but a cease-and-desist letter penned by celebrity attorney, Alex Spiro, outs the critic as Dawson French and accuses him of 'posting misinformation and false statements.'

The full missive, obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com from a company insider, goes on to threaten legal action and a demand for damages if French continues to post 'unlawful' commentary under the monikers MrBeastCreative and DogPack404.

When reached for comment via email, French told DailyMail.com: ‘MrBeast has knowingly kept rapists and pedophiles on payroll (allegedly for legal reasons, although I think some of them were convicted).’

Donaldson, known for his zany pranks, philanthropic challenges and cash prizes, has been mired in controversy after longtime collaborator Ava Kris Tyson was accused of having explicit online chats with a 13-year-old boy.

The superstar influencer gave Tyson, 28, the boot and promised an independent third-party investigation, writing on X: 'I am disgusted and opposed to such unacceptable acts.'

But he's had to apologize for his own 'inappropriate language' after old livestream clips surfaced of Donaldson using homophobic slurs, joking about slavery and making lewd comments about the singer Bhad Bhabie while she was underage.

The preliminary round of Donaldson's new game show 'Beast Games' has also faced criticism from contestants who say they weren't given adequate food, water and medication as they vied for a $5million prize in Las Vegas.

DailyMail.com understands that Spiro, a partner at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, is the man entrusted with carrying out an internal audit of the MrBeast empire, which boasts 309million viewers on YouTube and 103million on TikTok.

The star attorney - whose megabucks clients include Tesla founder Musk, Megan Thee Stallion and Alec Baldwin – has written to several dozen staffers and ex-employees requesting interviews.

His report will determine whether the recent troubles at MrBeast are an indication of a toxic workplace or merely the growing pains of a young business that has expanded exponentially since it was launched eight years ago by a 16-year-old Donaldson - who is now worth a staggering $700million.

DailyMail.com understands that Spiro has also fired off cease-and-desist letters to people the company believes are latching on to the recent problems for clout or clicks.

These include French, who launched his first attack on Donaldson on July 24, accusing his ex-boss of hosting 'illegal lotteries' with actors, friends and family members posing as contestants.

The video, seen by nearly 15million people, was not only untrue but a violation of an NDA signed by French when he joined MrBeast on March 25, preventing employees from disparaging the company, according to Spiro.

'In your videos and posts, you have levied false and defamatory allegations against Mr. Beast and Jimmy Donaldson,' his July 31 letter states.

'You have no understanding of the inner workings of Mr. Beast given that you only spent three weeks at the company on a trial basis before you were fired for conduct even you have characterized as "inappropriate."

Spiro goes on to claim that French pleaded for a second chance when he lost his job midway through a 90-day trial period, only to spin damaging narratives about the company when he wasn't given one.

'Instead of speaking about the positive experience you had at Mr. Beast that apparently caused you to desperately want to return to the company, your posts contain misinformation and false statements designed to harm Mr. Beast and Jimmy Donaldson,' he adds.

The threat of a lawsuit did not deter a second DogPack404 video on August 12 which claimed that MrBeast knowingly hired a registered sex offender.

This featured an interview with another ex-employee named Jake Weddle, who alleged: 'Well, there was a known sex offender, a registered sex offender, convicted sex offender on the registry and everything, who worked there.'

He did not name the employee but it was clear that he was not referring to Donaldson's close pal Tyson, who has not faced any criminal charges.

Tyson was 20 years old and still known as Chris prior to transitioning genders, when the alleged online relationship with a young boy began.

The former MrBeast collaborator, who has a son and ex-wife, is alleged to have spent years communicating with the fan on public online forums.

Tyson has denied allegations of grooming. The fan, who is now an adult, has also defended Tyson while admitting that some of the messages were 'inappropriate' and 'edgy.'

Earlier this month a confidential memo obtained by the Associated Press revealed that MrBeast had ordered a full assessment of the internal culture within his YouTube empire.

The memo also announced an internal investigation into 'allegations of inappropriate behavior by people in the company.'

'As your leader, I take responsibility, and I am committed to continue to improve and evolve my leadership style,' MrBeast wrote to staff.

I recognize that I also need to create a culture that makes all our employees feel safe and allows them to do their best work.'

MrBeast is best known for fast-paced videos with high-production values and featuring elaborate challenges.

He has re-enacted elements of the cult Netflix show Squid Game, for example, has been filmed tying up an FBI agent and has crashed a train into a giant pit.

Alongside these eye-popping stunts, MrBeast has performed laudable acts of philanthropy, paying for cataract surgery for 1,000 blind people in January 2023, allowing them to see again.

He has also donated 20,000 pairs of shoes to children in Africa, overtaking the Indian music label T-Series along the way to snatch the crown of biggest YouTuber in the world.
