Gulley is seen lunging at the other patron but falls to the floor as the two men grappled over the knife.
The victim was seen gripping the assailant's wrists, as he yells to 'call the f***ing cops.'
Other witnesses piled into the chaos from other tables, while the manager continued yelling throughout the melee.
'Are you kidding? Attempted murder?' one stunned witness repeated as the group broke up.
Police said that Gulley punched the restaurant's manager and pulled a knife during the altercation, and he was arrested at the scene.
