Megyn Kelly outraged by Washington Post article labeling Kamala Harris' husband Doug Emhoff a 'progressive sex symbol'
Megyn Kelly has slammed a Washington Post columnist for calling Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff a 'modern day sex symbol.'
The journalist called out columnist Catherine Rampell on Monday's SiriusXM's 'The Megyn Kelly Show' after she wrote a gushing piece about VP Kamala Harris' hubby.
Rampell's article painted Emhoff as the stuff of 'modern female fantasy' - a man 'secure enough with his own masculinity to sometimes prioritize his wife's ambitions over his own.'
Rampell additionally called Emhoff a 'hunk,' a 'dreamboat,' and a 'high-achieving alpha' who 'isn't threatened if his wife is too.'
The former Fox News star accused Rampell of writing 'drivel' to curry favor with left-wing readers after a previous article criticizing Harris' economic plan.

This comes after Dailymail.com exclusively revealed that Emhoff's first marriage ended after he cheated got his children's nanny pregnant, who also taught at their children's pricey private school.
'You know who Catherine Rampell is?' Kelly said.
'That name may ring a bell because she's the one who wrote the piece ripping Kamala's economic plan to shreds on the price gouging, saying, 'This is ridiculous, when they're accusing you of being a communist, maybe don't propose communism as your economic plan,' and she got killed by her readers on the left.'
'So a week later she writes this drivel, trying to rehabilitate herself with the left,' Kelly continued.
Kelly also emphasized that Emhoff 'cheated on his first wife with the nanny whom he impregnated.'
Rampell's article painted Emhoff as the stuff of 'modern female fantasy' - a man 'secure enough with his own masculinity to sometimes prioritize his wife's ambitions over his own.'
'They either aborted the child or he abandoned the child,' Kelly claimed. 'Either way, no bueno.'
'The media is absolutely disgusting,' Kelly scoffed.

The woman, Najen Naylor, 47, did not deny the story when approached by DailyMail.com at her home in The Hamptons.
While Emhoff admits to having an affair it's unclear whether the woman's pregnancy ended in a miscarriage.
