'Absolutely not, you just hit the lady. Police? Security? Is she OK? Get the heck out of here.'
'On God's green earth. At a Scotty McCreery show? What are you doing?' he continued.
'Y'all let the cop know who hit the lady. That's absolutely unacceptable,' he added.
'Whoever you are, that's the definition of a coward, hitting a lady. Get the heck out of here,' he said to applause.
'The world said let's get on back to the show,' he concluded once the disruption died down.
Officials with the Colorado State Fair confirmed an incident did occur during McCreery's set.
Fair representatives did not share the man's name or reveal if he ended up getting arrested.
