Jackson recently made a rare red carpet appearance at the premiere of the Baywatch documentary on Monday in LA.
This comes after he began serving time behind bars in 2017 following his agreement to a plea deal for allegedly stabbing a woman in Los Angeles in 2015.
That same year the former Baywatch star was booted from Celebrity Big Brother in the UK for exposing fellow housemate Chloe Goodman's breast.
In 2014 he split from wife Loni Wilson after they had been married for less than two years.
Loni has alleged Jeremy attempted to strangle her in a physical altercation when they were drunk.
Per People, he reflected on his downward spiral during a 2006 episode of E!'s Child Star Confidential, discussing his drug addiction.
'I probably made over $2 to $3 million from Baywatch,' he said at the time.
'I had the means to destroy myself: I had a lot of money, and I had a lot of people around me that weren't really my friends but I thought they were, and I totally got sucked into a downward spiral of a lifestyle.'

He later was sentenced to a 270-day jail sentence and five years' probation.
Upon his release, he became a personal trainer.
After Baywatch: Moment in the Sun will also feature an interview with Hasselhoff, who produced and starred as lifeguard Mitch Buchannon from 1989–2000 and enriched himself off the rerun royalties.
'We are blessed to be in this business. We are blessed to have this job. We are blessed to be doing this interview. Why am I doing this documentary?' the 72-year-old veteran TV actor said.
'We're doing this documentary because Baywatch is the gift that keeps on giving. It's given me an incredible life.'
A total 35 cast members and creators took part in After Baywatch: Moment in the Sun, which also features 'over a decade's worth of never-before-seen home videos shot by the cast themselves.'
Billions of people tuned in each week to watch Michael Berk, Douglas Schwartz, and Gregory J. Bonann's action drama, which spanned 12 seasons (1989-2001) and spawned a 2017 big-screen movie that earned $177.9M at the global box office despite dismal reviews.
