San Antonio Spurs star Jeremy Sochan crashed his flashy, pricey Porsche on a Texas highway last weekend, according to several reports.
The 21-year-old, power forward lost control of his slime green, 2019 Porsche 911 at an intersection connecting I-10 to Loop 1604 on August 24, leading his $240,000 car to slide into the left side of a guard rail.
Thankfully, Sochan emerged from the wreck unscathed.
However, his vehicle received some damage on its left side, as shown in viral footage on X, which was taken by a bystander at the scene of the incident.
According to the San Antonio Police Department, speed may have been the leading factor that caused the crash although no criminal charges were filed against Sochan.

Sochan - the ninth overall pick of the 2022 NBA Draft - emerged unscathed from the car crash
'[Sochan] statef he was headed SB (South Bound) at the listed location when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into the left side guard rail/bridge,' the crash report reads, per MY SA.
'EMS services were refused. TxDOT was contacted and updated on the listed damage. [Sochan's] was the only vehicle involved in the listed incident.'

Sochan, who shoots free throws with only one hand, was drafted as a first round pick by the Spurs in 2022.
In 2023-24, he averaged 11.6 points on (43.8 percent shooting) and 5.6 rebounds per game.

Born to a Polish mother and American father, Sochan was raised in England, where he played youth basketball.
He moved to the US to attend La Lumiere School in Indiana, then started his pro career in Germany with OrangeAcademy of the ProB in 2020.
Sochan played college basketball for the Baylor Bears during the 2021–22 season and was elected ninth overall by the Spurs in the NBA draft, two years ago.
He plays for the Polish national basketball team after playing for both the England and Poland teams as a junior.
