Fantastic Four star, Ioan Gruffudd, has delivered another slap in the face to his ex-wife, actress Alice Evans, by calling his new love – fiancée Bianca Wallace – as a witness against her in court.

The former Mrs. Gruffudd, 56, and the soon-to-be Mrs. Gruffudd, 32, will come face-to-face next month in a downtown Los Angeles courtroom where the actor wants Wallace to testify how Evans 'stalked, harassed, and abused' her in violation of a legal restraining order.

This is the latest explosive episode in a vicious war between Gruffudd and Evans that has raged since they split in 2021.

In new court documents found by DailyMail.com, Gruffudd, 50, also pours scorn on Evans's recent assertions that she was broke, unable to feed the couple’s two young children, and about to go on food stamps, as he calls his ex’s claims of poverty 'exaggerated and false.'

And he accuses her of once setting up a GoFundMe page, saying she was 'penniless' and begging for 'anything you can spare' – when in fact she had more than $86,000 in the bank.

In the legal papers, the Welsh actor – whose latest movie, Bad Boys: Ride or Die has grossed more than $400 million worldwide – goes on to complain that a court-ordered scheme to reunite him with his daughters in therapy sessions was sabotaged by Evans, meaning that he’s only spent nine hours with Ella, 14 and Elsie, 10, so far in 2024.

Gruffudd's new declarations are in response to his ex’s request to the court for a temporary order, forcing him to pay more temporary support to tide her over till a full spousal and child support trial is held, which could be months.

That temporary support hearing is scheduled for September 9 when Wallace will be one of six people on Gruffudd's witness list – including himself and Evans.

Wallace is expected to testify that Evans has repeatedly violated a three-year domestic violence restraining order (DVRO) which she and Gruffudd took out in August 2022, after enduring a barrage of vitriolic and derogatory text messages, emails and social media posts from her.

Evans, he says in the new documents, 'engaged in a pattern of damaging and defamatory conduct against me, aimed at intimidating and harassing me and my fiancé, Bianca Wallace, while alienating our two young children from me.

'Evans has been engaged in a long-standing smear campaign against me,' he wrote.

'She has a history of spreading lies about me…. I will present evidence of her continued violation of said DVRO.'

Earlier this year, Gruffudd reportedly agreed to pay Evans $7,000 a month in spousal support and $3,000 in child support. Evans claimed there were no payments in May and June

But Gruffudd takes issue with his ex’s claims of being broke and, he says in the legal papers that he has 'overpaid spousal support by $400,000 above and beyond what was required' in his prenup with Evans.

He lashes out at Evans's 'false narrative that she and the children have been left completely destitute.'

'Alice has misrepresented her income and earnings, filing to account for thousands of dollars in unidentified deposits each month and Alice continues to live with bloated monthly expenditures,' he claims.

'From January 2023 through May 2024, Alice spent roughly $270,000 in excessive expenditure (roughly $15,800 per month).'

He says that in March 2022 when Evans posted online that she was homeless, his forensic accountants found that at that time she actually had almost $157,000 in the bank.

And, according to the legal documents: 'In June 2022, Alice created a GoFundMe page begging for donations, stating she was penniless, asking the public for "anything they could spare"……during this same time, Alice had $86,457.50 available to her from her personal accounts.'

Gruffudd tells of when Evans messaged him in November last year saying: 'Your children Ella and Elsie are suffering because of a lack of funds (very little to eat, no extras). As their mother, I'm going to be unable to do Christmas stockings and Santa this year.'

In fact, he says, she had an income of $26,000 that November.

He takes particular exception to Evans's claim that 'while I am struggling to put food on the table, Ioan is jet-setting around the world' and buying Rolex watches for Bianca Wallace (referring to a published internet photo of Bianca wearing a Rolex).'

'Aside from her claims of poverty being completely exaggerated and false, my traveling was to complete various jobs in differing locations,' he blasts.

'As for me and my fiancé's alleged purchase of Rolex watches, that is completely untrue and based solely on an Instagram post by Bianca where she tried on a friend's watch and posed for the camera. I haven't purchased a Rolex watch for Bianca.'

In his declaration, Gruffudd – who says Wallace could testify at next month's support hearing about the Rolex watch incident – blames Evans for wrecking his hopes of re-bonding with his estranged daughters.

Last November, LA Superior Court Judge Josh Stinn ordered Evans to take Elsie and Ella to weekly 'reunification therapy' with their father decreeing that the battling former couple could not trash or insult each other in front of their children, or do anything to upset the kids, during the therapy sessions.

Evans said she was broke and couldn't afford to feed her children and claims she was homeless at one point. Gruffudd said she actually hads tens of thousands of dollars in her account

But Gruffudd laments in his declaration: 'Alice interfered by attempting to enter the [therapist's] premises during my session, in violation of the restraining order and abruptly throwing herself on the floor claiming to be having an alleged panic attack.'

He accuses Evans of 'fighting with the therapist in front of the children, claiming that the therapist was favoring me; and creating excuses as to why she could not take the children to sessions.

'I believe that it was Alice's own constant interference and alienation that caused reunification therapy to be unsuccessful.'

Gruffudd adds even though he 'went to every session...not one full session was completed. I have spent nine hours with the children this year.'

Gruffudd – who met Evans when they co-starred in the 2000 Disney movie, 102 Dalmatians – filed for divorce in March 2021, shortly after the blonde actress claimed on social media that her husband of 14 years was walking out on her and their two daughters.

Their divorce was final last July. Still, the issues of spousal and child support need to be resolved. The girls currently live with their mother and last May she and Gruffudd reached a custody agreement, the details of which the court sealed.

But in his new court filing, Gruffud says that Evans has 'threatened to seek to set aside our entire custody agreement, thereby exposing our children to continued conflict, without regard for their best interest.'
