A man accused of killing a 21-year-old Texas student may have prowled 'Sugar Daddy' websites in the past, according to court documents.
Bobby Singh Shah, 51, was arrested during a traffic stop on Wednesday for the murder of Nepal national Muna Pandey, who was found shot dead in her southwest Houston apartment over the weekend.
Shah was arrested after police released a surveillance image of the suspect exiting Pandey's apartment on Saturday and received several tips.
Court documents reviewed by ABC 13 reveal that a woman told police she instantly recognized Shah as a man she met through a 'Sugar Daddy' site 12 years ago.
Pandey, who lived alone, had an issue with a stalker last year which led her to install a camera outside her front door, several of her friends told authorities.

Police say footage from the night of the murder shows the same man with a gun as Pandey is seen holding several items including her black purse. The man allegedly repeatedly told Pandey to open her apartment door.
Pandey reportedly said, 'What are you gong to do?' before the man racked the slide of his firearm, pushed her inside, and locked the door behind them.
Staff at the apartment complex made the gruesome discovery after receiving a call from an anonymous male.
Police believe Pandey knew her attacker, because they found no signs of forced entry or a robbery gone wrong.
They also think whoever killer her may have her cellphone, which has not been found. Pandey's friends told police her phone did not register a location after Saturday.
Pandey was taking classes at Houston Community College and worked at a local phone store.

Muna's former roommate Orusha Niraula wrote in a post to Facebook: 'We demand justice for Muna Pandey, my dear friend and former roommate, who was tragically taken from us.
'She was shot in her own home in Houston... the pain of losing her in such a violent way is unbearable.'
Niraula added that the nursing student had been 'like a sister to [her],' and was always 'full of life, kindness, and joy.
'Her bubbly personality and infectious laughter made every moment brighter.'
Muna is the second college student to be found murdered in Houston this week.
Andrea Rodriguez Avila, a junior at Rice University, was found dead inside her dorm room alongside her boyfriend barely an hour before. Cops said Avila was the victim of a murder-suicide.
