At 61, actress Demi Moore looks as youthful as she did at 30, but a top plastic surgeon suggests this isn't just the result of naturally 'incredible bone structure'.
The Hollywood actress made her name in St Elmo's Fire in 1985, starred in smash hit Ghost in 1990 and Charlie's Angles in 2003.
Now the A-lister is playing a youth-obsessed character in her new sci-fi blockbuster, The Substance.
But what cosmetic operations are behind her age-defying face?
Here, MailOnline explores a few possibilities — from subtle face lifts to lift procedures and even laser therapies.

The Hollywood actress is rumoured to have undergone £250,000 worth of surgery, including having her breast implants and her nose straightened, according to widespread reports that circulated in the early 2000s.
But she shut down the reports as nothing more than speculation, insisting in 2007 that she had 'never' had any cosmetic surgery.
Experts, however, disagree.
Plastic surgeon Dr Mark Solomos, of Channel 4's 10 Years Younger, told Hello! magazine that he believes she started getting surgery young and kept up her youthful appearance with minor interventions.
Praising her 'incredible bone structure', he suggests she may have had a lip lift, a youth-enhancing procedure that reduces the distance between the base of the nose and the upper lip.
This also irons out some of the creases between the nose and the upper lip that appear as the face ages.
He also said it was possible she may have had a face and neck lift or laser resurfacing surgery — a popular anti-aging treatment that works by destroying the first layer of skin, which allows fresh, youthful skin cells to grow underneath.

Her youthful look could also be down to anti-wrinkle injections like Botox around her eyes, Dr Solomos said, which relaxes the muscles in the face to smooth out lines and wrinkles.
He suggests she may have also had an eyelid lift, which is a cosmetic surgical procedure that removes excess skin, fat, and muscle from the eyelids to change the shape and get rid of any droopiness.
Dr Solomos suggests the actor has 'overdone' her cheeks. He says they look a 'bit too big' for her proportions, with either fillers or fat transfer used to give the plumper look.
Few actresses understand the demand to look 'perfect' than Demi Moore.
The Substance is released in cinemas on September 20th. The film centres around Elisabeth Sparkle, the star of a popular aerobics show who has enjoyed decades of success.
But the icon faces a devastating blow on her 50th birthday as her boss fires her.
Amid her distress, a laboratory offers her a substance which promises to transform her into an enhanced version of herself.
Speaking to Interview magazine for their September issue she confessed she was 'moved' by the script.
She said: 'Such a unique way to be exploring this issue of aging, of societal conditioning, of what I also see as the pressure of the male-idealized woman that we as women have bought into.'
