Tobey Maguire's ex-wife Jennifer Meyer paraded around her huge diamond ring when her billionaire heir boyfriend, Geoffrey Ogunlesi, got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. 

The jewelry designer, 47, took to social media on September 2 to share a loved-up snap of with Geoffrey, 33, who is the son of Nigerian billionaire Adebayo Ogunlesi, 70, with his arms around her. 

She showed off her sparkling diamond rock as she smiled from ear-to-ear and embraced her new fiancé. 

Jennifer - who has two kids with the Spider Man star -  was first spotted cozying up to the CEO of Ogunlesi Group, a Hollywood-based entertainment and music management company, in the summer of 2023 - with the lovebirds confirming their whirlwind romance when they made their red carpet debut in November. 

The blonde beauty - who split from the actor seven years ago - looked as smitten as could be in her PDA-packed snaps, in which she credited the extravagant rock on her finger to Geoffrey and told fans that 'it was all him.'

In one of the snaps, Jennifer rested her hand on his and let the dazzling engagement ring be the star of the show as it glistened in the light. 

'YES!!!' the mom-of-two wrote in the caption of the Instagram snap, along with a black heart emoji, the infinity symbol, and sparkling stars emoji.

She also re-shared a snap from her gal pal, Allison Wise, who posted a photo of them together with Jennifer showing off the sparkler once again.

Jennifer's followers were quick to congratulate her as they gushed about the huge diamond ring. 

Birdies CEO and co-founder Bianca Gates wrote, 'Wow!!! Huge congratulations!!! And that ring!!!?!? I wouldn't expect anything less for the jewelry queen!'

To which Jennifer replied: 'It was allll him! Total surprise.'

He is the chief executive officer and founder of the Ogunlesi Group. 

The Ogunlesi Group is a successful Hollywood-based entertainment and music company. 

He has represented a slew of notable stars such as Young Thug and MJ the Musical star Myles Frost. 

Prior to starting his own business, the 33-year-old worked in the music industry for many years and became a pro.

His father is a lawyer and investment banker who co-founded the private equity firm Global Infrastructure. 

His dad's firm owns London Gatwick Airport and, according to Forbes, the lawyer has a net worth of $1.7 billion. 

In January 2024, Geoffrey's father sold his firm to BlackRock for $12.5 billion. He will join BlackRock as part of the deal.

Her red carpet debut with Geoffrey came seven years after she split from Tobey, 49, and three years after she filed for divorce.

Jennifer and Tobey met in 2003 while he was shooting Seabiscuit. They were engaged three years later, and welcomed their daughter Ruby, 17, in November 2006.

They went on to marry the following year, and welcomed their second child, son Otis, 15, in 2009.

After nearly 10 years of marriage, they separated in 2016.
