President-elect Donald Trump held a private meeting Wednesday afternoon with Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.
Politico first reported that Zuckerberg was spotted at Mar-a-Lago, with The New York Times' sources labeling it a 'private meeting,' with the gathering happened on the eve of the Thanksgiving holiday.
Unlike X owner Elon Musk, Zuckerberg never officially endorsed Trump during the 2024 campaign, though commented that he was a 'bad***,' for surviving the July 13th assassination attempt at a Butler, Pennsylvania campaign rally.
Earlier Wednesday, DailyMail.com spotted Trump's motorcade arriving back to Mar-a-Lago after he spent several hours across town golfing at his West Palm Beach club.
DailyMail.com's request to comment from Meta about the meeting went unreturned.
Alec Baldwin's neighbor made a wild claim about the disgraced star after he was slammed by the public for branding Americans as 'uninformed' during a recent film festival.
The 66-year-old 'Rust' actor received this year's Lifetime Achievement Award at the Torino Film Festival in northern Italy this month, where he called Americans 'uneducated' about the world's most pressing issues.
'Americans are very uninformed about reality - what's really going on,' he said during a press conference. 'Americans have an appetite for a little bit of information.'
But his inflammatory, anti-American comment has enraged New Yorkers - including one of Baldwin's neighbors, who told DailyMail.com that he has no place to be talking about everyday Americans, especially with his 'attitude' problem.
Madeline Hill, 20, revealed that the actor is 'rude' and claimed he's 'uneducated' himself.
She said: 'I actually live across the street from Alec Baldwin. He's been rude to me so many times. He is an uneducated man in himself. He's not really seeing the heart of America.'
Republican Congresswoman Mariannette Miller-Meeks is the winner of the House race in Iowa's 1st congressional district.
The Associated Press called the race declaring her victory Wednesday afternoon.
The congresswoman was in a tight race against Democrat Christina Bohannan, leading her by less than 800 votes more than three weeks after Election Day.
Her victory comes as Republicans hold a slim majority in the House.

President-elect Donald Trump's motorcade was spotted ferrying the incoming commander-in-chief back to Mar-a-Lago Wednesday afternoon after he spent several hours at his West Palm Beach golf property.
The 78-year-old leader was wearing a ballcap and was looking at his phone when his black SUV whizzed by waiting reporters on the bridge to his Florida estate.
An Instagram post from author and Million Dollar Mastermind podcast host Larry Weidel showed Trump at the golf club, hat-less and sporting golfing attire, giving his trademark thumbs up.
Another social media post showed Trump on his golf cart, seemingly asking West Palm Beach golf club members if they planned to attend his January 20th swearing-in.
Trump has been keeping a low profile in Florida this week as he fills out the ranks of the Trump 2.0 Administration.
While at the golf property Wednesday, Trump announced that he had selected retired Gen. Keith Kellogg to be a special envoy to Ukraine and Russia, with the aim of winding down the nearly three year-long conflict.
Earlier Wednesday, Trump's top spokesperson, incoming White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt, said that around a dozen of the president-elect's Cabinet and administration picks were targeted by bomb and death threats.
Trump was at his West Palm Beach golf club as the news broke, the same location where he was targeted for an assassination attempt in September.
Democrat Derek Tran flipped California's 45th Congressional District ousting Republican Congresswoman Michelle Steel in the competitive race.
Steel released a concession statement on Wednesday where she did not mention the race itself or her political opponent but thanked her family, staff and supporters.
'Everything is God’s will and, like all journeys, this one is ending for a new one to begin,' she said.
Tran is a U.S. Army veteran and son of refugees who fled Vietnam. He will represent the district that includes parts of Orange County and Los Angeles.
He declared victory two days earlier on Monday. He won by just over 600 votes.
It comes as Republicans are already facing an extremely thin majority in the House.
Ohio Republican Governor Mike DeWine signed a bill on Wednesday that restricts the bathroom use of transgender students from kindergarten through college.
The GOP-backed Protect All Students Act (SB 104) requires all public and private schools, colleges and universities to designate separate facilities such as bathrooms and locker rooms for the exclusive use of males and females and bans students from using those single-sex facilities that do not correspond with their sex assigned at birth.
It does not provide any mechanisms for enforcement.
DeWine's office did not issue a statement in response to him signing the bill into law.
Proponents argued the law would protect students.
LGBTQ+ rights groups such as Equality Ohio urged the governor not to sign the bill arguing it makes life more dangerous for trans students.
Outgoing Congresswoman Katie Porter obtained a temporary restraining order against her ex-boyfriend after accusing him in court of abuse and harassment that she said caused her to fear for her safety and well-being.
The California Democrat petitioned for a domestic violence restraining order on Tuesday with the Orange Country Superior Court, court records show.
Porter alleged her romantic partner of several years sent her, her family and her staff more than a thousand text messages and emails over three months, according to the filing reviewed by Politico.
Judge Michael Perez approved the order Tuesday afternoon ordering Willis to make no contact and stay away from the congresswoman and her children until another hearing in mid-December.
He also ordered Willis not contact her current and former employees or her co-workers about her, but he denied requests for restraining orders for adults she does not live with including her mother, according to the documents reviewed by Politico.

Many of Donald Trump's top confidants tapped for Cabinet roles have been rocked by bomb threats Tuesday, including Commerce Secretary nominee Howard Lutnick.
The NYPD revealed that Lutnick's home on the Upper East Side was among those targeted by bomb threats.
In 2017, Lutnick, the CEO of Cantor Fitzgerald, bought a New York City penthouse for $44 million.
The 56-year-old businessman purchased a residence at 795 Fifth Avenue, overlooking Central Park, after it had been on the market since 2013.
Fellow New York Republican Rep. Elise Stefanik and former Rep. Lee Zeldin - who have also been tapped to serve in the Trump administration - were also targeted.
The FBI said it is aware of the numerous bomb threats and swatting attempts made targeting the Republicans.

Multiple people Trump picked for his Cabinet were targeted by 'violent' threats to their homes.
A bomb sniffing dog was brought to check the mailbox after the sheriff was made aware of the threat. After the dog cleared the area, a bomb squad was called to check the home.
Gaetz withdrew his nomination for Trump’s Attorney General pick last week after resigning from the House of Representatives.
The former lawmaker was not home at the time, but a family member was, according to the report.
Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum sent President-elect Donald Trump a fiery letter in response to his tariff threats where she warned Mexico would retaliate with its own tariffs but signaled she would like the two countries to work together.
The letter dated November 26 was sent one day after Trump threatened in a social media post to sign an executive order on his first day in office to impose 25 percent tariffs on all products from Mexico.
The president-elect claimed the tariffs would remain in place until Mexico took steps to stop illegal border crossings and drugs such as fentanyl from entering the U.S.
But Sheinbaum called Trump out in a blistering response as she outlined a series of steps Mexico is taking and touted U.S. data to emphasize the claim Trump used to make his tariff threat was wrong.

Social media went wild with accusations that Kamala Harris was drunk in her first video message to supporters after her stunning presidential election loss to Donald Trump.
The Vice President slurred her words and her eyes were half shut and appeared glazed over, at times during the video.
There is no evidence that Harris was under the influence.
Users on X edited or used AI to manipulate the video of Harris holding or sitting next to a bottle of alcohol – and one shows her smoking a cigar.
Harris has not emerged much publicly since her defeat on November 5, and when she did for a nearly 10-minute message on Tuesday to her supporters critics excoriated her for 'bragging' about wasting her donors' money.
Multiple social media users called the vice president a 'drunk aunt at Thanksgiving.'
'Thanksgiving dinner with 'Drunk Aunty Kamala' is going to be a downer,' one social media account noted.
The video was released two days before Thanksgiving as Harris holed up in California's Bay Area for the holiday.
Kamala Harris campaign advisors sparked a lot of discussion online after appearing on the Pod Save America podcast to discuss their devestating loss to President-elect Donald Trump.
Campaign advisor David Plouffe admitted that internal polling never showed Harris ahead in swing states despite public polls showing clear leads for the vice president.
Donald Trump's second term as president is being shaped by the loyal allies who stood by him during his four years outside the White House.
As the clock ticks down to his inauguration on January 20, all eyes will be on Mar-a-Lago as Republicans jostle for a cabinet spot or a senior role in the West Wing.
And those are filling fast. A slew of potential appointees have emerged for top Cabinet or West Wing roles and a handful of contenders for other vital positions have emerged.
Those include Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy as co-heads of the 'Department of Government Efficiency', and John Ratcliffe as Director of the CIA.
But the president-elect sent shockwaves through the Republican Party with his announcement that he'll nominate now former Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz as his Attorney General in a bold - and ultimately failed - test of his unchecked power.
Gaetz was forced to withdraw on Nov. 21 amid an alleged underage sex scandal and hours later Trump tapped former Florida AG Pam Bondi as his new pick.
He has also nominated former Democrat Tulsi Gabbard, who infuriated critics with claims about 'biolabs' in Ukraine, to be Director of National Intelligence.
Kamala Harris has been roasted for crowing how her presidential campaign raised more than $1.4billion through grass roots funds after splashing it on celebrity appearances and an ad on the Las Vegas sphere.
The Vice President boasted in a video message to her supporters that her campaign received a 'historic $1.4billion, almost $1.5billion' from grass roots supporters, which Harris said was 'the most in presidential campaign history'.
'Nearly eight million donors contributed an average donation of about $56 to fuel our people-powered campaign,' she added.
But she has been criticised for how her campaign blowing through a billion dollars - with fingers being pointed at the celebrity-filled concert rallies in swing states that took place in the final days of the campaign as well as expensive ad campaigns.
Top Democratic megadonor John Morgan, a wealthy trial lawyer, fumed about the spending spree in an appearance on Chris Cuomo's show 'CUOMO' on NewsNation.
'All of a sudden, everybody's got the keys to the candy store, ad buyers, talent consultants. There's 100 days to do it, and the money started pouring in, pouring in,' he said.

President Joe Biden announced Wednesday morning that the U.S. is joining Middle Eastern countries to again work towards a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas terrorists.
It comes just hours after Israel and Lebanon agreed to a ceasefire, ending 14 months of fighting between the Jewish State and the Iran-backed militant group Hezbollah.
‘Over the coming days, the United States will make another push with Turkey, Egypt, Qatar, Israel, and others to achieve a ceasefire in Gaza with the hostages released and an end to the war without Hamas in power,’ Biden wrote on X the day before Thanksgiving.
The conflict between Israel and Hamas terrorists operating out of Palestinian enclave of Gaza has gone on for more than a year despite repeated efforts from world allies to achieve an end to the war.
The Biden administration hopes the ceasefire between Lebanon and Israel paves the way for a bigger deal before Donald Trump takes office in January.
One senior official told Politico: ‘No one has any idea what will happen after January 20, so I think the time is right. The combination of Biden leaving, Trump coming and the Lebanon peace agreement — this is a golden opportunity and we should not let it slip by.’

As Trump's pick to lead the Department of Health and Human Services, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. oversees the National Institutes of Health,
The NIH has 27 institutes and centers that conduct early stage research on everything from vaccines for emerging pandemic threats to targets for new drugs.
Just days before his nomination as HHS secretary, RFK Jr. said he would act quickly to fire 600 people at the NIH and replace them all with new hires.
The agency employs nearly 20,000 people.
Trump has now appointed Jay Bhattacharya, a Stanford health policy professor and doctor, as director of the NIH.
He was an outspoken critic of the U.S. government's Covid policies during the pandemic.
Kennedy said:
I'm so grateful to President Trump for this spectacular appointment. Dr. Jay Bhattacharya is the ideal leader to restore NIH as the international template for gold-standard science and evidence-based medicine.
