Investigators believe multiple people were involved in the New Orleans terror attack after US Army veteran Shamsud-Din Jabbar was identified as the driver who killed 15 people celebrating New Year in the city's French Quarter.
Jabbar, a 42-year-old real estate agent from Houston, used a rented Ford electric vehicle packed with explosives and carrying an ISIS flag to carry out the massacre but is understood not to have acted alone.
Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill said she is certain 'multiple people' were involved in the attack.
Meanwhile, it has emerged the Las Vegas bomber who blew up a Tesla Cybertruck outside a hotel owned by Donald Trump served at the same military base as Jabbar.

All I seen was a truck slamming into everyone on the left side of Bourbon sidewalk. A body came flying at me.
Everyone started yelling and screaming and running to the back, and then we basically went into lockdown for a little bit and then it calmed down but they wouldn’t let us leave.
When they finally let us out of the club, police waved us where to walk and were telling us to get out of the area fast. I saw a few dead bodies they couldn’t even cover up and tons of people receiving first aid.
